Thank you for shopping with Ashia J Unfiltered. Every order is prepared with care and prayerfully created to encourage your faith journey. Because many of our products are made to order, we appreciate your patience as we prepare your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Custom, personalized, bulk, and preorder items may require additional processing time. If your order requires additional time, we will notify you by email.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
