Ashia J Unfiltered is a faith-inspired lifestyle brand dedicated to encouraging women to heal, grow, and boldly walk in God's purpose through meaningful apparel, accessories, journals, tote bags, gifts, and other inspirational products.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our website.

SECTION 1, ELIGIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

SECTION 2, PRODUCTS

Ashia J Unfiltered offers faith-inspired apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products.

Many of our products are made to order or customized specifically for each customer.

While we make every effort to accurately display product colors and designs, actual colors may vary due to monitor settings, lighting, printing methods, and garment materials.

Because each item is individually produced, slight differences in placement, color, texture, and appearance are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or update product descriptions without prior notice.

SECTION 3, ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Orders are accepted only after payment has been successfully processed.

Ashia J Unfiltered reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability, or any other reason deemed necessary.

Processing Time

Most orders require 5 to 7 business days for processing before shipment.

Custom, personalized, preorder, and bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Rush Orders

Rush processing may be available upon request and is subject to approval.

Additional rush processing fees may apply.

SECTION 4, PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping charges, taxes, and applicable fees are calculated during checkout.

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

SECTION 5, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Ashia J Unfiltered currently ships throughout the United States.

Shipping estimates begin only after order processing has been completed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Customers will receive tracking information once available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS
UPS
FedEx
Weather
Holidays
Natural disasters
Carrier delays
Customs processing
Other events beyond our control

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

SECTION 6, CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom and personalized products are created specifically for each customer.

Please carefully review all spelling, dates, names, and personalization before submitting your order.

Ashia J Unfiltered is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

SECTION 7, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect due to our error

Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@ashiajartistry.com.

Photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required before a replacement or refund is issued.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
Buyer’s remorse
Personalized items
Slight color variations
Minor print placement differences

SECTION 8, APPAREL CARE

To extend the life of your garment:

Machine wash cold
Turn garment inside out
Wash with similar colors
Use mild detergent
Do not bleach
Tumble dry low or hang dry
Do not iron directly on printed designs

Failure to follow these care instructions may reduce the lifespan of the design.

Artwork
Product designs
Graphics
Photographs

Product descriptions
Brand slogans
Written content

No content may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
